Juggling everything that life brings while also being pregnant is tough. Trying to conceive and having no straightforward plan is hard. And when you get to the postpartum period, you barely even have room in your brain to think. The problem in each scenario is that YOU usually get put on the back burner.

When you are nourished, everything around you is elevated. When you provide your body with the right nutrients, pregnancy and postpartum become easier. It is more likely that you will get pregnant easily.

Trying to make sense of the guidelines and rules and research just takes too much time and is overwhelming, I get it.

I want you to have the best pregnancy possible. I want your postpartum experience to be seamless and beautiful. And I want to optimize your health so that you can conceive with ease.

You are unique and so are your nutritional needs.
Every woman is unique. You are unique and so are the challenges you face. I offer support through education, and personal one-on-one consults to help you cut through the confusion and optimize nutrition, meeting you at whichever stage you are at.
Here's the truth: Your doctor probably doesn’t have much nutrition education.
The usual guidance for pregnant women is ‘avoid these foods, take a prenatal vitamin.’ And when trying to conceive, most places won’t even see you unless you have been trying for a year. Postpartum support? Almost non-existent. This is where a nutrition professional certified in these areas is super helpful. But, you have to be willing to prioritize nutrition and your health. That’s not to say you can’t enjoy the foods you love – there will be no restricting foods here! – but you have to be committed to doing the work. If this sounds like you – I’m here to help.
